Before contacting internal alchemy, please make sure you have had a look at the weekly classes page. Most information regarding times, cost and content of classes are listed there. If a cost of a class is not stated, it means that we teach for a Leisure Centre or group and they deal with the payment of that class. Please only contact me if you`re serious about joining a class and wanting to invest in yourself.
