Internal Alchemy School is proud to announce that we will be hosting a seminar with martial arts movie icon Cynthia Rothrock will be holding a seminar Angmering, West Sussex.

Cynthia has been studying martial arts for almost 50 years with seven black belts and sashes in various Chinese, Japanese and Korean martial arts. She has starred in over 60 movies and TV shows, recently writing and producing her very own movie titled Black Creek.

Cynthia will be sharing her knowledge and insights on various aspects of the disciplines, including exercises for all ages regardless of ability, self-defence techniques, and the mental and physical aspects of martial arts.
