Sound Bath Meditation
Leticia Parmer (Native American Shaman) and Qunito Grigatti (Inca Shaman) are holding a Sound bath meditation held on the last THURSDAY of every month. This will be held at the Jubilee Hall, Elmer Road, Middleton on Sea, PO22 6DZ
7.30pm to 8.30pm. £10 per person.
The next meditation will be Thursday 29th February 2024
All you need is a mat or something comfortable to lay on, and a pillow if you need
one.
You will be taken into a deep guided meditation plus channelled musical offering, to take you on a subtle, profound journey to the healer within.
